time and write fewer checks by making your utility payment directly from your
checking account or savings account. And, you won't have to change your present
banking relationship to take advantage of this service. You authorize regularly
scheduled payments to be debited to your account, and your payments will be
automatically deducted on the normal due day. Proof of payment will appear on
your bank statement.

Budget Billing Plan

Stoughton Utilities offers a budget
payment plan under which the customer can make equal monthly payments based on
the estimated consumption and estimated applicable rates for the year. The
amount is subject to change twice a year, in May and November, in order to
reflect current circumstances. If you would like more information on the budget billing plan, or would like to enroll,
