My Account Online
<i>My Account</i> OnlineYou can now view and pay your utility bill online, as well as review and compare your energy and water consumption. You can enroll your account for My Account access, recover your password, or sign in to My Account.
After-Hours Payment Box
After-Hours Payment BoxLocated near the curb at 600 South Fourth Street, in front of the Stoughton Utilities Administration Office. To ensure you payment is properly applied, please be sure to include the detached payment stub located on your billing statement. For security reasons, please do not deposit cash payments.
AutoPay - ACH Bank Withdrawal
AutoPay - ACH Bank WithdrawalDependable, easy and convenient; save time and write fewer checks by automatically making your utility payment directly from your checking account. By signing up for automatic payment withdrawal, you preauthorize regularly scheduled payments to be debited to your account and your payments will be automatically deducted on the due-day listed on your billing statement. Proof of payment will appear on your bank statement issued by your financial institution. Once enrolled, your billing statements will indicate "Pre-Authorized Payment -- Do Not Pay" on the payment stub.

AutoPay - Credit Card Withdrawal
AutoPay - Credit Card WithdrawalDependable, secure, easy and convenient; save time by automatically making your utility payment by credit or debit card. By signing up for automatic payment withdrawal, you preauthorize regularly scheduled payments to be debited to your account and your payments will be processed from your selected credit card on the due-day listed on your billing statement. Your credit card information will be securely stored in an encrypted database and processed electronically. Only the last four digits of your number are accessible to SU staff. Proof of payment will appear on your bank statement issued by your financial institution.

Budget Billing Plan
Budget Billing PlanStoughton Utilities offers a budget payment plan under which the customer can make equal monthly payments based on the estimated consumption and estimated applicable rates for the year. The amount is subject to change twice a year, in May and November, in order to reflect current circumstances. If you would like more information on the budget billing plan, please contact us. Customer can easily start or stop the budget billing option by logging in to My Account
Cashier's Counter
CashierLocated in the lobby of Stoughton Utilities office at 600 South Fourth Street. You can pay your bill using cash, check, or credit card, as well as setup a deferred payment arrangement (DPA) if you cannot pay in full and need to spread payment out over an extended period of time. This is the only recommended method of making a cash payment.

U.S. Postal Service
U.S. Postal ServiceWhen paying through the mail please be sure to write your account number on your check, include the detached payment stub located on your billing statement, and not staple or paper-clip your check. Mail your payment to:
