June 20, 2022 Power Outage

At approximately 3:30 p.m., Stoughton Utilities experienced an outage affecting customers along one distribution circuit on the west side of the city. By 4:30 p.m., power had been restored to most customers. Power was restored to all customers by 5:15 p.m.
Stoughton Utilities recognizes that these types of outages are an inconvenience to our customers, especially on such a hot day. If you experience any health or safety concerns resulting from a power outage or any other cooling equipment failure during daytime hours, the City of Stoughton has established dedicated cooling centers:
Stoughton Public Library
304 South 4th Street
Stoughton Senior Center
248 West Main Street
